Under no circumstances will Beaconlight Trust be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise):

(c) loss of business;
(d) loss of opportunity;
(e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation;
(f) losses suffered by third parties; or
(g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of www.beaconlight.co.uk regardless of the form of action.
You agree that this exclusion of liability is a fair allocation of risk.

Certain elements of the www.beaconlight.co.uk may contain material submitted by third parties or links to third party websites. Beaconlight Trust accepts no responsibility for the content or accuracy of such material or websites.
8.4 Responsibility
Where material can be posted to www.beaconlight.co.uk (whether as part of a discussion forum or otherwise), it is a condition of use that you accept full responsibility for the content you submit. Further you warrant that you will not post material that is obscene, indecent, objectionable, libellous, in breach of the Official Secrets Acts or is racially prejudicial and further that publication of such content will not expose Beaconlight Trust to any civil or criminal proceedings. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
